- Because they can only invest a couple billion dollars every year into trying to keep a industry that makes hundreds of billions of dollars down. There's simply no feasible way to completely blockade the US from getting coke into it's borders, no way. There's just too much money in it.

- Yes, we will drag all the Iraqis involved over here to make sure there's a fair trial. That is certainly a better solution than allowing the Iraqi government any say in how their affairs are governed.
